The Programmes team are ultimately responsible for the station's output. They decide on the schedule
and therefore the sound of the station, whilst constantly seeking out new programming and content for
the broadcast. They also deal with our presenters and their problems on a day to day basis.

The Heads of Music are responsible for finding new music for the station throughout the year. They also manage the Music Team, arrange interviews, and compile both the overnight playlist and the chart.

The Heads of Live Music scout for new live acts for live sessions and events, and work to strengthen Subcity's name in the Glasgow live music scene.

The Head Of Editing deals with the training for everything from preparing for interviews to editing down the final product. They also coordinate interviews with artists & bands.
Head of Audio Imaging

The station's audio designer. They are responsible for the on-air identity of the station.

Responsible for the station's news team, producing regular podcasts and on-air reportage of campus,
local, national and international news, alongside documentary programming and special features as appropriate.

The Head of Advertising is responsible for selling advertising on- and off-air, and maintaining good working
relationships with the station's advertising clients.

The Head of Events is responsible for all aspects of Subcity Events.
They manage the stations club nights, gigs, bar residencies and seek out new opportunities in these areas.
They also decide event line ups and book the artists & DJs.
