The Sicilian has been making a name for himself with his Subcity show 'Slave to the Rhythm'. He moved in Glasgow three years ago in order to continue studying Audio Engineer. Musically speaking, He spent his years in Glasgow evolving his own music style, as well as the way he interacted with the people in the business. As soon as he begun to play in some different venues, a friend of his suggested him to get involved with Subcity Radio as a radio producer. This was the begin of “Slave To The Rhythm”. His main achievement has been the acception he gained from the local community. Coming from a different background as well as a different country made it harder to build up his social life, but thanks to this extraordinary experience, he met hundreds of new friends and without a doubt he now feels more confident living in Scotland. Subcity has given him the chance to meet most of his favorite DJs along those years, some of which are: Jamie Jones, Joris Voorn, Slam, Paul Woolford, Claude VonStroke, Harri, Funk D’Void, Carl Craig, Laurent Garnier and many more without forgetting some of the Scottish great talents. Also he worked side to side with some of the finest promoters in Glasgow (Subculture, Sensu and many more) and now he is gaining his musical knowledge doing a work experience with Soma Records. He is hoping to continue enjoying this beautiful relationship with the above as well as to have another great year with Subcity with his own show and with a special monthly feature on “Subcity Presents…” Subcity’s main show.
