shows // Build And Destroy
Broadcasting now for longer than we care to admit, Build + Destroy is on air fortnightly on Wednesday evenings from 8pm - 10pm. We like to spend our time exploring all avenues of noise, so tune in to hear an exciting variety of music from the latest electronic beats to some classic tunes, all tied together with some friendly banter and updates on what is happening in Glasgow. From time to time we also like to entice other souls into the studio a treat, or source a lovely guest mix for your audio enjoyment.
Allow us to snuggle you up with some musical treats covering everything from blues to techno. You know it makes sense.

On this episode of Build+Destroy we will celebrate the long song. Not usually popular with the medium of radio where the norm is to fit in as many 3 minute pop assaults as you can, the longer song if often left as the obscure b-side or the DJ's choice for a loo break. Not this time. This time we will let those riffs run free as we indulge in those longer than 10 minutes records. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a slower pace of radio... Well, there might be the odd short one to keep you on your toes!

We've had some requests from some regular listeners, so tonight some of those will be getting played. These requests have led to a small Prefuse 73 mini feature too, so expect to hear some Prefuse 73 as well as the usual good tunes and terrible banter.
We're live and direct from 8pm onwards tonight. You can leave requests on our facebook page for future shows.

This week on Build+Destroy we will have a very special guest. Making his return to the airwaves too many years after his debut will be the esteemed Mr Bobby Bell, AKA Sally's Da. Records, it's a family thing.

do yourself a faver
Why not do yourself a faver and listen to this week's exciting episode of Build + Destroy. We'll be coming live and direct from 8pm GMT tonight, Wednesday the 13th of March. We've got the second instalment of our new feature coming from the mysterious Chachmaster3000 as well as a focus on The Trilogy Tapes record label and also a look in to the work of the Heliocentrics drummer, Malcolm Catto, which features an exclusive track from their new album due out at the end of April. Of course, there will be the usual banter and unusual music too.
