It is with great pleasure that we bring you a fantastic guest mix from one of the many people that we have met over the years through Subcity. There are always so many brilliant shows on the station, but when Build + Destroy was just beginning there was also show hanging about which we rather liked called The Crown Jules, which not only played a great selection of music but was hosted by the only ever officially titled 'Subcity Head of Mincing', a title we laugh about now, but at the time we didn't quite know how to react to it, if we're honest. It was an affectionate role handed out simply because they wanted to put him somewhere prominent, however apart from making people laugh, he was honestly useless at most of the practical tasks required in keeping a radio station on air 365 days a year.

So simply, without further a do, we are pleased to announce Julian Shepherd back to the station after being missing for a very long 7 years. Build + Destroy and Julian shared a great warm up slot for the last Block Party in The Arches at Bar Ten, where they got the crowd moving with a great selection of records that crossed the board with genre and style. One day it may happen again, who knows?
