There are those that think that metal is nothing but drunken, ugly men growling over loud music. Cadaveric Incubator of Endoparasites provides the musical cornucopia to prove them wrong. There are the stifling walls of sound created by the high-end screech of Norwegian black metal; the Gordian, intertwining parts of progressive metal; the remorseless assault of grindcore; the intangibly beauty and acoustic ambience of neo-folk; and the low end rumble of drone that makes your eyes roll back and your body vibrate in sympathy.

nay show today
I'm just back from a holiday to the outer hebrides and I've already got a ton of work to do. Sadly this means I've not had time to get a show ready, sorry. The next show shall be a triumphant final show for CIoE so keep yer peeper aligned for more news on that.

a pretentious return
Cadaveric Incubator of Endoparasites // 17.01.11 // Pretentious
You may have noticed the lack of shows towards the end of last year. This was due to a butt load of work I had to do for my PhD and a whole bunch of non-work related stuff. I've finally got some free time and so Cadaveric Incubator of Endoparasites returns, once again.
As one of my favourite things is being pretentious, I though I'd dedicate an entire show to the theme. So tonight's episode will feature as many overly intricate and extravagant tracks as possible. To help make the show even more self indulgent I'll also be accompanied by some of my mates who used to present the show with me.

the return of the beast
Cadaveric Incubator of Endoparasites // 27.09.10 // Genre-core
After the long, horrible months of summer, the cold has finally returned and with it comes Cadaveric Incubator of Endoparasites.
As seems to now be the tradition for the show, I'll be cramming as many different genres as possible into one hour. Since I'm a big fan of Doom and its bed fellows, this may result in only three songs being played but I'll do my best to crowbar in some Grindcore and Black Metal.
There will be a small change to the show this year as I'm now in the 3rd year of my PhD and spare time is becoming as fleeting as a side project involving Greg Anderson. So from now on the show will only be once a month. Hopefully this should give me plenty of time to compile some rib grindingly brutal tracks.

shattered arms and split skulls
You may have noticed there was no show last week. This was because I managed to fracture my right elbow and had to spend 4 hours in A&E. Hopefully my arm will be operable enough to bring you some more face shredding tunes this week.
In the mean time, here is an awesome video of Unleased playing on a longboat while Vikings kill people.

utter filth
Cadaveric Incubator of Endoparasites // 23.03.10 // Filth
Since science has been keeping me away from the studio for a while, it felt like the only appropriate thing to do was deploy an array of absolutely filthy sounding riffs. Don your most mouldered clothing and prepare yourself for this fetid mass of putrid sound.
