Possibly best known for his releases ‘Murda Skank/Quack’ (Ramp Recordings) and ‘Inside Job/Kingston Bridge’ (Rwina Records) and his artist collaborations with Durrty Goodz and Professor Green, Taz Buckfaster plays all over the UK, Europe and worldwide, mashing up the dance floor with his signature heavyweight bass pressure. His debut album ‘Perpetual Motion’ drops in January 2010, along with a 4-track EP on Numbers following shortly.

Special ed is responsible for Pangea, one of the most respected drum and bass nights in Scotland which ran from 2004-2009. He is also responsible for the new "Empire East" LP by The Soundphreakers which he just released on his label.
