After a brief hiatus from Subcity, Deadly Rhythm returns with a one-off special to accompany the forthcoming collaboration with Glasgow's mighty Sub Club and musical visionaries Hyperdub.

Deadly Rhythm resident Masha starts things off with a half hour mix of one of our favourite producers - Burial. Following that Braille takes us through some choice cuts from label founder Kode 9, succeeded by some Hyperdub classics from Scratcha DVA, Cooly G et al. Details of the event as follows..

On Friday 27th July we welcome Hyperdub to Sub Club for the first time. Founded in 2004 by one of UK's true ambassadors of the underground, Kode 9, it has developed into one of the most exciting and innovative labels in electronic music. In it's 8 year life span Hyperdub has introduced us to a plethora of producers and DJs that can stand up and be counted as truly seminal, from Burial to the The Bug, Warrior Queen to Kode9 himself, Hyperdub is a label that sets the trends and refuses to follow them.
