Keep Yourself Warm

Foreign Thoughts // 1200-1300 03.12.10

it's just a series of unfortunate events...

Rosy cheeked and shivering we came back for the fourth installment of our wee show, and it went very well. We were a bit late and didn't have time for alot of songs but our magical guest Ross Leighton, of the band Fatherson (formerly Energy!) more than made up for it. Playing two of his own numbers as well as a magnificent cover of show favourite Blower's Daughter by Damien Rice, we were in awe. As well as fawning all over Ross Leighton, me and Johnny played some other Scottish treats. Iain Morrison is playing Captain's Rest on the 17th, well worth checking out. Also Broken Records are playing the Fruitmarket on the 16th on January which gives you plenty o time to listen to and no doubt fall in love with their new album. Anyway, I am off to daydream about seeing Frightened Rabbit and Admiral Fallow on Monday.

Love x
