and so it begun...
Deary me....Our first show came and went, there was laughter, tears, the occasional cough from Johnny and a moment of horror when we realised we might actually not be on air.
Nevertheless, it went pretty gid. We played most of what we aimed to and hope we set the scene for what we have in store for future shows. Important lessons learned include:
1.preparation should include more than a couple of scribbled notes, a drawing of an owl and a night spent listening to WWE wrestling themes and Fred Durst guitar solos.
2. I really need to stop using the words/phrases 'best ever' 'definitely' and 'a wee bit'. I also need to apologise for anyone who has ever encountered me over the past 19 years for the fact i have the worlds worst voice.
4. Johnny loves wooly hats.
