Hey folks,

No prizes for guessing that this week's show features a selection of fine, female-voiced soul. I'll be playing a selection of up-tempo groovers and a few love-gone-wrong type slower numbers, all from the 60s. Expect: Aretha Franklin, Dinah Washington, Erma Franklin, Irma Thomas, Laura Lee and more.

This week's Weird But Wonderful vote is between a couple of songs by blokes, but which are dedicated to women-kind in general:
