In this episode we were joined by no less than three members of notorious Glasgow post-folksters The Seventeenth Century; Nicholas Grant, Mark Farmer, and Ryan Burns. Together, we discussed a performance (viewed earlier that night) by experimental acoustic guitarist Cheer at Mono Café Bar, our varied collections of literature and VHS tapes (including such classics as On the Road and The Great Mouse Detective), and what we all got up to on Valentine's Day.
We also haphazardly engaged the band in a spontaenous and somewhat informative interview, discovering such things as their composition process, their collective influences, and just what kind of mood their debut EP inspires in its listeners. Both Nicholas and Mark contributed several tracks to the show, and we look forward to having them back.
