This week's (late night) broadcast includes my first ever use of a split 7" on Songs for Singles (coming from Tomutonttu and Oneohtrix Point Never), three short songs from the highly recommended debut record by Wire, and more stellar stuff from the Music Ruins Lives label. Genre-wise, then, I suppose it's a mix of sludge, post-punk, avant-drone and indie-pop for the forever alone. Featuring new/recent material by Girls and Atlas Sound. Parallax could be Bradford Cox's strongest record to date under the Atlas Sound moniker - what do you think?
