Romance couldn't make this episode as he was off doing important work for the UN. Layman, of course, was more than willing and capable of taking the reigns on his own. This show featured a selection of excellent funky cuts chosen by Layman and a special "Sweet 16" mix recorded by Romance in celebration of Subcity Radio's 16th birthday. Happy birthday Subcity!
