What a swimmer is Dracula's daughter
The Funky Cuts // 1300-1400 30.10.10
howling r&b on halloween with the funky cuts
Halloween originated in the pagan celebrations in Scotland and Ireland and they took it to the Americas where it became a big thing celebrated by people with or without religion. Whilst Christmas inspired a whole warehouse full of festive records mostly of a sweet and sugary nature Halloween and its associated ghoulishness has left us with a small but excellent selection of R&B and Rock and Roll records from the dark side. Hear some in this episode of The Funky Cuts.

But its easy to float
Because blood is much thicker than water
