The Vile Arts Radio Hour // 1500-1700 02.12.11

cca, 2hb, tt

Vile is back in the studio, while Producer Harry is elbowed aside to make room for live music from Chris TT and Franz Nicolay. There's a location chat with artists involved in the CCA's current mini-festival of writing around visual art (thanks to 2HB), a new release from Street Debelle, and Vile's fascination with the difference between studio and live recording.

Both TT and Nicolay are far more interesting than Vile, happily chatting about troubadours and the aesthetics of touring: they were even good enough to play live in the studio, giving Vile that warm rosy glow he gets when he realises that he has accidentally discovered something exciting.
