Bram and Vile team up: Kennedy speaks...
The Vile Arts Radio Hour // 1500-1710 13.01.12
across the arts to tentrack heaven (starring bram)
With Producer Harry away on a top secret mission, Vile is forced to draft in two guest hosts: the mighty Bram Gieben brings news from the worlds of Coldwave and Witch House ("think minor chord electro," he suggests) and friend of the show Fielding Hope, ahead of his Cry Parrot celebration of 2012's birth.
Vile gives props to upcoming shows, chats to Michael Cox from Across The Arts and reveals his general ignorance: the ghost of Harry gives us the first "three tracks from tentracks" selection.
With Fielding also being enlisted on the secret Vile mission, it falls to Bram to keep Vile on Track: aside from his initial melancholy, Vile is cheered as he is schooled in electronic music. Sadly, he tries to keep up and show his cool by playing some Ghost Poet, Explosions in the Sky and pretending he liked electro twenty years ago.
