Woodlands Creatures Radio presents a weekly smorgasboard of alternative folk, psychedelia and prog with a smattering of whatever we fancy- listen to Tom Davis (Rags & Feathers) & Mike Hastings (Mike and Solveig) & Friends as they serve up the best in underground music from Scotland & beyond. Woodlands Creatures Radio is ran in conjunction with the regular Woodlands Creatures night at the Halt Bar, the last Sunday of every month.
Regular Features include-
Prog Corner- our time-travelling pseudo Dutchmen Dirk Van Distanz and Bert Vertigo take over the airwaves for 15 minutes evry week, broadcasting from their orbiting ProgPod somewhere near the Dark Side Of The Moon, bringing us some incredible slices of Progressive Rock from the 60's and 70s.
Acoustic Sessions- expect regular drop-in sessions from the creme of the Glasgow alt.folk scene.
