DAW Defoe: A Soundtrack to Plague Year 1665/2020

A Journal of the Plague Year is one of the first ever novels in the English language, written by Daniel Defoe of Crusoe fame. The work, disguised as a memoir, tackles the emergence and evolution of the bubonic plague as it raged through London in 1665. It is largely composed of lists of the numbers of the dead in different parishes, but you might understandably still want to have a go at reading it. With DAW's help, this audiobook provides the work with a much needed update without removing a word of the original.
