Hands up who loves music? Keep them up if you love Glasgow. That should be everybody; you are listening to music from a Glasgow-based radio station after all. Well, in an effort to combine these two loves of my life, i have put together a short show about love... of great Glasgow artists. From the local heavyweights of Frightened Rabbit and The Twilight Sad, to The Jesus and Mary Chain and Orange Juice, added to comprehensive coverage of emerging artists in this fine city, "A Short Show About Love" is devoted to showcasing the best Glasgow has to offer, with a nod to the wider alternative scene outwith these metaphorical city walls (of sound; ba-dum-tish!).
